About The Position

The Aviate & Next-Gen Onboarding Lead position will drive the implementation and onboarding of Aviate customers and ensure product adoption of Next-Gen applications. This customer and stakeholder-facing role partners with internal teams and vendors to plan deployments, migrate/configure data and workflows, train users, and ensure successful go-lives with measurable adoption and support readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer/information systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Entry-to-mid level experience supporting software implementations, business systems, data services, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong information gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly and translate features into practical business processes.
  • Experience coordinating tasks across multiple teams; strong organization and time management.
  • Experience training end users and creating clear job aids/SOPs.
  • Working knowledge of data concepts (imports/exports, validation, basic SQL or reporting concepts preferred).
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience implementing web-based/SaaS business applications (Aviate or similar).
  • Familiarity with testing/UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with reporting/analytics tools and/or scripting for data loads.
  • Manufacturing/operations systems exposure (if applicable).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key lead for Aviate implementation, including planning, coordination, execution, and go-live readiness.
  • Lead onboarding and rollout of next-gen applications (Mobile Warehouse, Sales Edge Quoting, etc.), ensuring consistent processes, documentation, and training.
  • Gather and document business requirements; translate needs into system configuration, workflows, roles/permissions, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Support data readiness activities (e.g., data mapping, validation, migration support) and define acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and execute test plans and manage cutover activities.
  • Create and maintain implementation artifacts: project plans, status updates and training materials
  • Deliver end-user training (remote and/or onsite), office hours, and onboarding sessions; ensure users are enabled for day-one productivity.
  • Establish post-go-live support processes (triage, escalation paths, knowledge base content) and drive continuous improvement based on feedback.
  • Travel onsite as needed to support implementations, training, and go-live events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
