Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly
- Aides in preparations and sets tables in accordance with banquet event order prior to events
- Provides beverage service during event
- Assists in maintaining buffet stations throughout the event
- Carries trays of plated meals to serve to guests
- Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns
- Responds to feedback from guests and staff regarding food quality and presentation
- Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients
- Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areas
- Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members
- Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
- Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
