About The Position

As a Bar Prep team member, you ensure the bar is fully prepared for service. You maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep area, enabling bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your focus on precision, speed, and teamwork helps create a seamless and efficient environment behind the bar.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Positive and professional attitude with a team-first mindset.
Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance.
Basic knife skills and familiarity with food prep preferred.
Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications required prior to employment.
Prior experience in a bar or kitchen prep role preferred but not required.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, which are peak service times.

Responsibilities

Prepare garnishes, juices, and cocktail ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
Stock bar stations with essential supplies including condiments, napkins, straws, rags, and glassware.
Wash, polish, and restock glassware to support uninterrupted service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, storage, and refrigeration units.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service.
Ensure all prep tasks are completed ahead of peak service times.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols.
Support bartenders with ingredient replenishment and prep during busy shifts.
Perform additional duties as assigned by bartenders or management.
