Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CRM software preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
• Prior experience in automotive or related customer service roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments and sales consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage and update the customer database regularly.
• Strive to meet or exceed monthly appointment and sales targets to maximize commission potential.
