The Benefits Coordinator is a key member of the Total Rewards Team, supporting the administration of employee benefit programs across the organization. The Benefits Coordinator supports general employee benefits inquiries and troubleshooting, helping ensure a compliant, efficient, and positive employee experience across a multi-state workforce. This role also acts as a back up support for employee leaves of absence. The Benefits Coordinator reports to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards.
