About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Support Specialists to support retirees and current employees with pension plan inquiries. This role combines phone-based administrative support and customer service, assisting members by navigating multiple systems to provide accurate benefits information.

Requirements

  • Call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic typing and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from retirees and employees regarding pension and retirement benefits.
  • Research and resolve inquiries using multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
  • Accurately document member interactions and update records.
  • Provide professional customer service in a call center environment.
  • Support new business implementation and administrative tasks as needed.
