About The Position

Oversee the Beverage Department, including direct operational oversight of the
Gaudi Bar. Track product shortages and equipment needs. Interview, hire and
train new staff in their job duties. Responsible for liquor inventory,
scheduling, shift bids, and managing budget and labor costs. Ensure the Gaudi
Bar meets all service, quality, and operational standards

Requirements

• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
• Experience managing a bar in a high volume beverage environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department.
