About The Position

Groome Industrial Service Group is a growing company located in Denville, NJ. Join a dynamic and growing Industrial Services company providing specialty maintenance services nationwide for several industries including natural gas-fired power generation, coal-fired power generation, refinery, shipping, manufacturing, and aviation. Our workforce drives our success, and we are looking for a Bilingual Contract Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent for our field labor positions. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, this role will align with peak hiring periods. Position Overview: The Bilingual Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding field laborers to meet the fluctuating staffing needs of our business. This role requires a proactive and adaptable recruiter who can manage high-volume hiring while ensuring compliance with company standards and state and federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
  • Experience recruiting non-exempt or hourly workforce in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring within tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt field labor roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants, including leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet seasonal staffing demands.
  • Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align hiring efforts accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring trends.
