We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Billing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operation. About the Role The Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing the full billing lifecycle—ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standards. This role works closely with our Service and Sales teams and reports directly to the Finance Manager. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and keeping things organized and accurate, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve discrepancies
  • Comfort with digital tools and systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the full billing process, ensuring all invoices are accurate and completed on time
  • Partner with Sales and Service teams to gather necessary billing details
  • Utilize ServiceTitan to process billing and financial transactions
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies quickly and effectively
  • Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payment questions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports
  • Support the development and improvement of billing processes and best practices
  • Stay current on billing procedures and industry standards
