About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage billing operations, generate invoices, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate ensures accurate and timely billing processes. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounts management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and process invoices for clients.
  • Ensure accuracy of billing data and account information.
