About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our busy, professional auto body shop. This role is ideal for someone who is confident using CCC ONE, understands the repair process, and knows how to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced collision repair environment. You will be the main point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping repairs moving smoothly from intake to delivery.

Requirements

  • CCC ONE experience required
  • Prior auto body or collision repair experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with insurance-driven repairs
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • CCCONE Software: 2 years (Required)
  • Spanish (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior auto body or collision repair experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism
  • Manage customer files and repair status using CCC ONE
  • Schedule repairs, drop-offs, and pick-ups
  • Communicate repair progress clearly to customers
  • Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies
  • Review estimates, supplements, and invoices with customers
  • Process payments and close repair orders
  • Maintain organized front office operations
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
