About The Position

Responsible for the reputation, efficiency and profitability of the Body Shop.Set a clear vision for Body Shop to achieve targeted performance objectives. Prepare annual operating budget, goals and manage department performance. Prepare job estimates and schedule jobs. Direct and schedule the activities of department personnel. Ensure department meets all financial goals. Establish and implement cost controls, safety & compliance goals. Build and maintain work teams that consistently achieve business goals, employees succeed in their jobs and the dealership commitment to customer service the Karl Way is actively managed and supported. Develop and intentionally grow a work culture that rewards excellence and promotes teamwork and collaboration.
