About The Position

Arlington Collision Center is seeking an experienced and driven Body Shop Manager to lead our Collision Center and support our growing business demands. We're looking for a top-performing leader with a strong track record in collision repair operations who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Position Overview The Body Shop Manager oversees all daily operations of the collision repair center with a focus on: Profitability Staff leadership Workflow management Insurance relations Customer satisfaction Compliance with OSHA safety standards This role drives shop performance by monitoring KPIs, controlling costs, and maintaining high-quality repair standards.

Requirements

3–5 years of leadership experience in collision repair or automotive production.
Advanced knowledge of collision repair processes and procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedural documents.
Capable of writing clear reports and professional correspondence.
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must successfully complete all pre‑employment screening processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shop operations, schedule repairs, and manage parts inventory.
Hire, train, mentor, and motivate technicians and support staff.
Set and manage budgets, prepare performance reports, and track KPIs to ensure profitability.
Build strong customer relationships, resolve concerns, and negotiate with insurance adjusters.
Inspect complete repairs, maintain equipment, and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance. Oversee maintenance of paint booths, frame equipment, and other key assets.
