About The Position

We’re looking for a Brand Lead to help shape and scale how Heidi shows up in the world. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll partner closely on brand direction and lead the charge in bringing campaigns and platforms to life across the business. You’ll support the development of positioning and big ideas, then ensure they translate into distinctive, high-quality work. This is a role for someone who can move fluidly between thinking and doing. You’re comfortable contributing to brand strategy and campaign platforms, but you’re equally strong at building the plans, structure and momentum that make them real. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Comms and external agencies to ensure our brand is consistent, ambitious and commercially aligned.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in brand management or brand strategy
  • Strong experience taking campaigns from ideation through execution
  • Exceptional project management skills, this is your biggest asset
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment
  • B2B experience required, healthcare experience a plus
  • Experience across sponsorships, ATL campaigns, social media and broader brand building
  • Agency management experience
  • Experience setting global ideas, templatising them and supporting execution across multiple markets

Responsibilities

  • Support and evolve brand direction. Partner with the Head of Brand to develop and define positioning, messaging and campaign moments.
  • Lead campaigns end-to-end. Take campaigns from ideation through creative development and execution. Build clear plans, align stakeholders and ensure the final output lands as strongly in the market as it did at concept stage.
  • Drive brand building across channels. Lead work across sponsorships, ATL campaigns, social media and other brand-building initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency across every touchpoint. Create global ideas that scale. Help shape central campaign work and build templated playbooks that can roll out across markets. Support teams globally to execute well.
  • Own and optimise our brand management system. Act as the custodian of Canva, our brand management platform. You’ll ensure the space is structured, organised and continuously improved so teams across the business can create work quickly while staying on brand.
  • Manage agencies and partners. Drive day-to-day agency relationships across creative and media. Set strong briefs, manage timelines and budgets and hold a high bar for strategic and creative quality.
  • Be a strategic and operational anchor. Flip comfortably between strategy, creative direction and execution. Bring structure to complex projects and ensure momentum never drops.
  • Raise the bar. Champion distinctive, thoughtful work. Push for simplicity and originality in everything we put into the world.
