About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Business Compliance and Inventory will play a key role in evaluating, enhancing, and strengthening inventory-related processes across our organization – manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, stores and third party facilities. This role partners closely with the Business Compliance Manager to drive improvements in physical inventory accuracy, operational controls, and end‑to-end process effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in inventory management and/or audit, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate observations into practical, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, business compliance, or a similar field.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify risks and control weaknesses.
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience building effective partnerships and maximizing business relationships.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focus on details.
  • Excellent leadership and developmental skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong critical reasoning skills, independent judgment, and objectivity
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

  • SAP and/or inventory warehouse management application experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Business Compliance Manager to evaluate current inventory processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and support initiatives to enhance the annual physical inventory count, including methodology, execution, documentation, and post‑count analysis.
  • Conduct onsite reviews at manufacturing and distribution locations to assess compliance, observe processes, and validate inventory existence and completeness.
  • Analyze operational data and identify trends, control gaps, and root causes.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Store Leadership—to implement process improvements.
  • Manage and execute ad hoc compliance and operational projects as assigned.
  • Support ongoing development of inventory-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
