The Inventory Compliance Analyst is responsible for the execution of Inventory Compliance initiatives within Raytheon. You will communicate issues related to delays and work across functions to resolve issues and escalate issues. You will also monitor inventory activities to support the efficient movement of material and will resolve inventory discrepancies across Receiving and Warehousing transactions.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum two (2) years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with either Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and or Inventory.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and influence up, down and/or across organizational lines.
  • Previous material accountability experience across multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
  • Understanding of metrics methods; development/execution of root cause and corrective action plans.
  • Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working in a cross-functional and/or bargaining unit environment.
  • Understanding of regulations including CFR, DFAR, FAR, ITAR, DoD and DSS

Responsibilities

  • Support daily activities, conduct stand-up meetings, set priorities and review reports/metrics to locate problem areas and create solutions.
  • Assist with the accountability of material from receipt to throughout processing period in a timely manner and assist with lost/frustrated material.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare RCAS analysis for logistics review boards.
  • Execute cycle count and other inventory accuracy requirements to ensure 100% accountability.
  • Converting transactional data within the Warehouse Management System to information that can be used for process and productivity improvements
  • Ensure execution and continuous improvement of standard processes and participate in process improvement teams.
