Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals and strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver engaging in-person event programs that drive participation and fundraising outcomes.
  • Partner with Market Managers and Sales teams to develop Go-To-Market strategies for both existing and new initiatives, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Oversee and monitor marketing budgets, track initiative performance, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and align all client-facing materials, presentations, and collateral; train sales teams on effective deployment during client interactions.
  • Identify and create proactive business development opportunities aligned with seasonality and campaign rollouts.
