About The Position

Honda of Frontenac is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our team. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive experience by efficiently managing service inquiries and coordinating appointments. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with customer service or service department roles preferred.
  • Proficient with computers and dealership management software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments using dealership software.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote service retention.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and advisors to align customer needs with shop capacity.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide reports as required.
  • Promote dealership services and upsell service packages when appropriate.
