Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of office experience preferred
• Comfortable talking on the phone and helping customers
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable
• Team-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Eager to learn and improve continuously
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills
• Good phone etiquette and follow-through
• Strong customer service mindset

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls across departments
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate info
• Log calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Stay up to date on products, promos, and policies to better assist customers
• Manage spreadsheets and navigate multiple tabs/screens
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Report missed opportunities or escalations to management
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a great customer experience
• Assist with special projects as needed
