Job Summary The Business Development Rep ( Outside Sales- BDR) is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling forklift maintenance and repair, loading dock equipment, high-speed doors, overhead doors, and solutions designed to create a safer environment for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. This role is focused on field-based, relationship-driven sales with an emphasis on face-to-face customer engagement, territory-based business development, relationship building, and consultative selling. This position is suited for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter mentality who thrive in a competitive, results-oriented environment. The BDR will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and site visits to estimating, quoting, and closing, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver turnkey solutions. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment within a winning culture, and reports directly to the Sales Manager.
