About The Position

We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused exclusively on outbound cold calling US- and Canada-based lead lists. The primary goal of this role is to book qualified demo calls directly on the calendar of Steven Miller . This is a high-urgency role for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with volume, and motivated by booking meetings.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a BDR, SDR, or cold-calling-heavy role
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage decision-makers
  • Experience calling into US/Canada markets
  • Comfortable with high call volume and repetitive outreach
  • Ability to ramp quickly and follow structured processes
  • Availability during US & Canada business hours
  • Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Background in finance, wealth management, or insurance is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US- and Canada-based prospects
  • Follow provided call scripts while personalizing conversations when appropriate
  • Qualify prospects based on defined ICP criteria
  • Book demo calls directly for Steven Miller
  • Handle objections and guide prospects toward next steps
  • Log call outcomes and notes accurately using provided systems
