About The Position

Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communication and Positioning, Navigation and Timing Directorate (CG) in the United States Space Force. This position will support the SSC/CG program office as it rapidly premier capabilities resilient to the threat by the relentless pursuit of warfighter needs and acquisition excellence. This is a full-time opportunity located in LA, CA. Contingent upon contract award

Requirements

Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Secret
Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: At least 9 years of experience in related field
Experience utilizing an IMS

Nice To Haves

Education & Years of Experience: Associates degree or higher and at least 7 years of experience in related field OR Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as an expert in the execution of routine business operations for the Directorate
Support the Business Manager by extracting program specific information, assessments, analysis, and reviews enabling program and technical acquisition artifacts to be integrated at the enterprise level
Use the combined program integrated master schedule to facilitate the management of cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Directorate’s portfolio.
Provide detailed analysis, quantifiable supporting documentation, and thorough justification for all research, reviews, and assessments performed and include corrective action plans and recommendations to the Government
Provide the Government reports and briefs on how to implement policies, conduct independent program assessments, and conduct risk assessments for the portfolio.
