What You’ll Do: To evaluate, design, and continuously improve business processes with a Member-first focus. This includes researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, and system requirements. The analyst translates business requirements into functional system requirements for appropriate implementation. Serve multiple business units across the organization by leading assigned projects and process improvements, and managing assigned project tasks and escalated support tasks; maintaining focus on Member and team member experience and alignment with business strategy. Our Commitment To You: Compensation: $75,400.00 - $86,715.20 annually (candidates with significant related experience may be higher) Benefits: Royal is proud to take care of our team members and their families!
