Requirements

  • Strong ability to design, document, and optimize business processes
  • Experience creating and maintaining clear, structured process documentation
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise communication
  • Skilled in coordinating process communication to Sales teams
  • Understanding of internal controls , compliance, and best practices
  • Ability to balance effective processes with safe and sound sales practices
  • Strong knowledge of the total Coromant offering , including Services
  • Proven ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across global teams
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and comfort working under pressure
  • General IT understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • High-level presentation skills across multiple mediums
  • Experience with SAP and related business systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within Sales & Marketing
  • Solid understanding of Commercial or Business Operations
  • Experience working in international environments
  • A track record of continuous improvement and leading change
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and optimization of Sales processes and systems
  • Maintain & enhance ETI processes, Customer Master data, and services workflows (Returns, Recycling, VAS, etc.)
  • Consolidate business needs and translate them into clear process & system requirements
  • Contribute to design & delivery of new solutions as part of an Agile Product Team (EBP/SAP)
  • Document existing processes and propose structured improvements
  • Support global change initiatives and the rollout of Sales tools
  • Test new developments to ensure high-quality system releases
  • Train, support, and guide Sales teams, SSC/VC teams, and frontline users
  • Provide insights to strengthen global strategies, platforms, and continuous improvement efforts
