The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the digital solutions that power key business functions across the organization. This individual must understand both technical and business concepts and translate them clearly to internal users, stakeholders, and software developers. They will define system objectives, analyze requirements, and ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs with clarity, quality, and consistency. This role centers on building and improving the digital experiences that help employees find information quickly, stay connected, and work more effectively. The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years of hands‑on experience designing, building, and launching enterprise portals, WordPress sites, and internal social communities—with an emphasis on intuitive navigation, clear communication, and engaging user interactions. Success in this role requires technical proficiency across SharePoint, WordPress, enterprise content management systems, and digital workplace tools, paired with a strong focus on user experience. Key responsibilities include architecting and enhancing portal structures; managing WordPress sites and content updates; applying accessibility and governance standards; analyzing usage patterns to improve search and navigation; and partnering with Communications and IT to support internal communities and collaboration spaces.
