Requirements

  • Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40–50 lbs (e.g., trays, dish racks, furniture)
  • Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
  • Manual dexterity to handle dishes, glassware, and cleaning tools safely
  • Ability to work in a hot, wet, and noisy environment (kitchen and dining areas)
  • Ability to navigate crowded spaces while carrying items safely
  • Visual and auditory ability to identify spills, hazards, and guest needs

Responsibilities

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist in cleaning and organizing the dining area, including chairs, floors, and windows.
  • Restock supplies and maintain condiments for guest use.
  • Support servers and kitchen staff as needed to create a seamless dining experience.
  • Provide friendly and helpful service to guests, responding to their needs promptly.
