You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in. Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill a need for a Cabinet Sales Support Representative. This role is a part of our Kitchen Art Cabinetry division and will serve as support for our production builder accounts, which consists of multi-year communities. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you! Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a Saturday per month.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the cabinet industry preferred.
- Proficient use of 20/20 Design or similar CAD program for kitchen and bath.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.
- Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Load start packages and invoices into NetSuite.
- Create lot specific drawings in 20/20 for production jobs.
- Load cabinet and hardware orders into NetSuite.
- Revise drawings and orders once field dimension is performed.
- Submit cabinet and hardware orders.
- Review acknowledgments from factory.
