About The Position

Requirements
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Must be willing to work a minimum of 5 days per week
- Opening availability OR Closing availability, open availability preferred but not required
- A self -starter who is highly motivated and comfortable taking initiative to grow new business opportunities
- Someone who thinks creatively and is always looking for ways to make an impact
- Friendly and confident communicator who builds strong relationships easily
- Willing to take ownership of projects and work independently with a sense of urgency
- People Person that’s able to create relationships quickly
Nice To Haves
- Experience in event planning, catering is a plus
- Chick -fil -A leadership experience is a bonus
- Desire to grow with Chick -fil -A long -term a bonus
Responsibilities
- Restaurant leadership in all aspects of the store, knowledge and understanding of operations in Front of House and Heart of House
- Servant leadership
- High notice quotient
- Ability to coach and be coached
- Trust from Shift Leaders to handle Financial Responsibilities
- Strong work ethic

- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
