The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is the sixth-largest transportation system in the U.S., connecting communities across a 2,200-square-mile service region. SEPTA is at the forefront of innovation in the transit industry, ensuring reliable and efficient services while driving economic growth in the Philadelphia region. Administrates all activities of the pre-employment testing process in the department. Coordinates these activities under the supervision of the Manager, CRC and Testing to include but not limited to the scheduling, administration, proctoring (onsite and offsite) and scoring of pre-employment test; as well as ensure the testing environment is secure, fair, and compliant with testing guidelines and rules. Conduct data analysis of testing scores and information for reporting purposes. Provide individual and group career services and coaching to SEPTA employees. Engage with college and university partners to include coordinating and participating in college fairs and support employees with college and advancement assistance.
