Oversees day-to-day operation of The Prospect Grill including supervision of staff. Facilitates solution of staff/resident issues to ensure optimal/gracious dining experience. Performs and is the lead on a variety of tasks including food preparation/assembly, sanitation, labelling, signage, credit card receipts and direct billing/receipt reconciliation, special events and marketing flyers. Works together with all members of the Community to uphold and further the mission, vision, principles, and values of Saint John's.
