About The Position

Independence Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Bethany at Pacific and Everett Transitional Care Services, both located inside Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett. In this role you will be assigned to one clinic or the other, and periodically float to the other when the need arises. In this role, you'll work closely with residents recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization-helping them rebuild the everyday skills needed for independence. From dressing and grooming to cooking and mobility tasks, your work directly improves quality of life. If you enjoy working with older adults and want to be part of a supportive therapy team, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a meaningful setting. As a COTA, you'll partner with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team to deliver therapy that helps residents return to safe, functional living. Bethany at Pacific is a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center serving the Everett community. Our therapy team treats a medically complex geriatric population and works closely with nursing and leadership to support strong patient outcomes. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where therapists have the time and support needed to focus on patient progress. Independence Rehab is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company that partners with skilled nursing facilities throughout the region. Because our leadership team includes therapists, we focus on creating an environment where clinicians feel supported and respected. We believe great clinicians are developed through strong support and mentorship.
