Occupational Therapist Pacific and ETCS

Independence RehabEverett, WA

About The Position

Independence Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at Everett Transitional Care Services and Bethany at Pacific, both located in the same building in Everett. This unique setup allows you to work with patients across short-term transitional care and skilled nursing, without needing to travel between facilities. Many patients are recovering after hospitalization and working toward returning home, while others benefit from ongoing rehabilitation to maintain independence. If you enjoy helping patients regain the everyday skills that make life possible, this is a role where your work will truly matter. Independence Rehab is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company, and that perspective shapes how we run our therapy programs. Our leadership team understands what clinicians need to do their best work-reasonable expectations, supportive management, and the freedom to use sound clinical judgment. As the Occupational Therapist, you'll help patients rebuild the skills needed for safe and independent daily living. You'll treat a medically complex geriatric population in both the Transitional Care Unit and Skilled Nursing setting, focusing on functional recovery and quality of life. We prioritize strong onboarding and ongoing support for our therapists. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
