Physical Therapist- Pacific & ETCS

Independence RehabEverett, WA

About The Position

Independence Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our therapy team serving Everett Transitional Care Services and Bethany at Pacific. In this position, you'll primarily work within the Everett Transitional Care Unit (TCU) and occasionally provide support on the Bethany at Pacific skilled nursing floor when needed. This unique setup allows therapists to treat patients across the short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing continuum without traveling between facilities. Your work will focus on helping patients regain mobility, independence, and safety following hospitalization, illness, or injury. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate seeking mentorship, this is a setting where your clinical skills will be valued and supported. As a Physical Therapist on our team, you'll treat a diverse geriatric population with a variety of diagnoses and recovery goals. Many patients are working toward returning home after hospitalization, while others require ongoing support to maintain function and quality of life. Your work will directly impact each patient's ability to regain independence and confidence. Independence Rehab is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company that partners with skilled nursing and transitional care programs throughout the region. Because our leadership team includes clinicians, we focus on creating an environment where therapists can practice effectively and sustainably. We believe therapists do their best work when they are supported. New graduates are encouraged to apply. If you're a Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients regain independence while working within a collaborative rehab team, we'd love to connect.
