About The Position

Classic Rock Fabrication is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to support material transportation between our Harrisburg facility, other company locations, and approved suppliers. This is a dedicated, home-daily route position ideal for drivers who value consistency, independence, and being part of a team-driven operation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Safety, accuracy, and professionalism are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
Current DOT medical card
Minimum of one year of related driving experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
Ability to safely lift up to 150 pounds
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, road signs, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to complete routine reports and delivery documentation clearly
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to solve practical problems and follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions

Nice To Haves

Forklift operation experience
Knowledge of vehicle inspection procedures and basic maintenance

Responsibilities

Transport materials and supplies between the Harrisburg location, other Classic Rock Fabrication sites, and suppliers
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently, including forklift operation as needed
Verify quantities and materials for all pickups and deliveries to ensure accuracy
Complete delivery documentation, forms, and receipts accurately and on time
Maintain detailed records of deliveries and materials handled
Perform daily inspections of assigned company trucks to ensure safety and operational readiness
Secure loads properly before transport and follow all safety procedures
Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including cleaning, fluid checks, and promptly reporting mechanical issues
Maintain a valid CDL, DOT medical card, and clean driving record
Communicate regularly with the Production Manager and shift leadership regarding deliveries, concerns, or updates
Provide professional, positive interactions with suppliers and internal teams
