Reporting to the Manager – Production Planning, this position will provide clerical support to team members in the production planning department. You will be responsible for ensuring that documentation and production packages are created, prepared, and provided to internal and external clients in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Minimum
  • 1-2 years of experience providing administrative or clerical support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to be flexible when priorities shift
  • Proficient in MS applications, MRP software and other relevant software
  • Capable of embracing diversity and equity to ensure they contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace

  • Experience working in a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and office support for managers, supervisors, and team members, including: creating documents, production packages, spreadsheets, and filing
  • Data entry, records maintenance and look-up, and report development and retrieval
  • Responding to email communication and phone calls from internal and external clients
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Attend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with others
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
