Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, people-centered Client Intake & Engagement Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our prospective clients. This role is essential to ensuring every individual who reaches out feels heard, supported, and aligned with our mission from the very first interaction. As the hub of our intake and onboarding process, you will help guide potential clients from initial inquiry to becoming active clients by providing clear communication, thorough follow-through, and excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients and schedule their initial consultations.
  • Conduct intake screenings with all new leads.
  • Conduct client check-in calls to support engagement and foster strong client relationships.
  • Send legal agreements to prospective clients who are ready to hire.
  • Prepare new client intake folders and consultation gifts.
  • Manage, complete, and update tasks within the CRM to maintain seamless operations.
  • Enter all gathered intake information into the firm’s CRM with accuracy and completeness.
  • Serve as the first line of communication for incoming calls and ensure every interaction reflects the company’s mission and values.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all communication from potential clients (phone, email, text, etc.).
