Job Description: Join Job Duck as an Intake Specialist and become the first point of contact for potential clients seeking immigration legal services. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and guide prospects through the intake process with professionalism and empathy. Your ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, and build trust will directly impact client conversion and overall business growth. Requirements
- 1-2 years in Immigration Law
- Sales and client conversion
- Customer service excellence
- Active listening and clear communication
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to follow up consistently
- Comfortable speaking with clients in Spanish and English
- Weekend Availability (Saturday)
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Proactively inform clients about the fee
- Prepare and submit daily reports using Google Sheets
- Track pipeline and intake progress accurately
- Schedule new appointments using Google Calendar
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Convert leads into clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Collect payments via provided link
