About The Position

As a Client Services Associate (Mail & Print), you’ll support essential workplace functions—from document production to mail processing—ensuring operations run efficiently and on time. By ensuring accurate document handling, timely mail distribution, and well-maintained supplies and equipment, you help create an efficient and reliable workplace.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook preferred)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Minimum 6 months of related experience required
  • Ability to pass client-specific background screening
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism
  • Ability to lift or move up to 55 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with print or mail operations (preferred)
  • Previous experience in print, mail, or similar support roles preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process print, binding, and kitting requests with accuracy.
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail, shipping requests, and accountable items.
  • Handle time-sensitive and confidential materials in accordance with security protocols.
  • Ensure copy/print equipment is operational and stocked.
  • Perform basic maintenance such as replenishing paper and toner.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internal systems for tracking and communication.
  • Manage and maintain office and print supply inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Respond to requests and communications in a timely manner.
  • Track daily production metrics and volumes.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Support additional tasks as needed based on business demands.
