We are seeking a Bilingual Clinic Program Coordinator to join our team at our program in Fort Worth, TX. Provide administrative support by maintaining electronic records, conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, contacting clients and physicians, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, office phones and equipment, and scheduling meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual- English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by maintaining electronic records, conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, contacting clients and physicians, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, office phones and equipment, and scheduling meetings
  • Ability to analyze problems or procedures, evaluate alternatives and select best course of action; use logic and common sense in decision making.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, use of communication for motivation, planning and problem solving (answer phone, determine needs of the caller and transfer to appropriate party or assist caller as needed)
  • Represent company in a professional and courteous manner on the phone and in person.
  • Ensure all assigned office functions are completed in compliance with federal, state and local laws, regulations as well as policies, procedures and standards of Home Health.
  • Provide input to management on improving processes and procedures and become more cost and time effective.
  • Maintain assigned spreadsheets/tracking and electronic records accurately and in a timely manner.
