Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) - Cardiac Unit, Full-time Nights Eligible for Sign-on bonus Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing top quality and safe healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities since 1917. Visit us online at: https://www.aikenregional.com The Clinical Nursing Supervisor assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient, family, care partner and appropriate others. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Minimum of one-year full-time or three-years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing.
- Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license.
- BLS, ACLS and PALS (upon hire)
- NRP and TNCC (within 6 months).
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
- ENPC preferred.
