- Have prior caregiving or home care experience
- Are reliable and committed to showing up for clients
- Are honest, compassionate, and respectful

- Can work independently while following a care plan
- Have dependable transportation
- Are available to work weekdays
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification or prior professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Helping clients maintain daily routines and independence
- Documenting care provided and communicating with the care team
