About The Position

For Caregivers Who Take Pride in Their Work HomeWell Care Services is seeking experienced, reliable overnight caregivers who believe caregiving is more than a job — it’s meaningful work that supports people in living safely and comfortably at home. We are looking for individuals who are honest, compassionate, and dependable, who take pride in the quality of their work, and who want to be part of a team that truly supports both clients and caregivers. This role is ideal for caregivers who appreciate the quiet focus of overnight care and understand how important consistency and reliability are to the clients who depend on them. Overnight or Late Evening availability is required. Schedule: Overnight or Late evening shifts between 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Shift details: Shift lengths may range from 2 to 12 hours depending on the client. Location: Clients’ homes in Lake Wylie and surrounding communities Overnight or Late evening caregivers play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported at home.

Requirements

  • Have hands-on caregiving experience with seniors or chronically ill clients
  • Are reliable and committed to showing up for their clients
  • Are honest, respectful, and compassionate
  • Take professional pride in the care they provide
  • Work independently and confidently during overnight shifts

  • Have dependable transportation
  • Are available to work overnights or late evenings

Nice To Haves

  • CNA certification or prior professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Providing attentive overnight supervision and safety monitoring
  • Assisting with toileting, repositioning, and personal care needs
  • Supporting mobility and fall prevention
  • Assisting with morning or evening routines
  • Offering calm companionship and reassurance
  • Following individualized care plans and documenting care provided
  • Communicating with the HomeWell care team as needed
