About The Position

Timpte is growing and looking to add a CNC Operator to join our BRAND NEW Lincoln Manufacturing Center! Hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm with possible overtime on Friday. Pay for this role is $24-26/hr + Monthly bonus!

Requirements

1-3 years of previous experience as a CNC machine operator.
Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and schedules.
Knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures, cranes and other equipment.
Ability to work with general supervision and make basic quality decisions.
Must be able to work with other employees.
Great attention to detail.
Excellent computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

Setup and manage CNC machines to perform different fabrication jobs or activities.
Identify and load/unload tooling and fixtures from CNC equipment.
Conduct regular CNC machine assessments and preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
Adjust machine settings as necessary.
Inspect work for quality, workmanship and that they meet blueprint tolerances.
