Requirements

• Strong communication skills and professional phone demeanor
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable discussing payment arrangements with customers
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Collections or accounts receivable experience is a plus, but not required
• HVAC or home services industry experience is a plus
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding past-due balances by phone and email
• Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
• Document all collection activity accurately in the company system
• Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines
• Process and post customer payments
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and account status
• Escalate unresolved accounts according to company policy
• Collaborate with accounting and customer service teams to ensure account accuracy
