Position Overview The Commercial Operations Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the commercial organization with vendor credentialing and fleet services. They will be responsible for managing vendor credentialing compliance requirements for healthcare facilities and overseeing company fleet vehicle operations. This role will ensure all field representatives meet hospital credentialing standards while maintaining safe, compliance and efficient fleet vehicle management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Two (2) + years of experience in vendor credentialing or fleet management is preferred
  • Experience with credentialing platforms (Reptrax, Vendormate, etc.)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong professional judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • There may be continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day)
  • Employees may be required to lift objects up to 25 lbs. or more.
  • Employees may possibly perform some tasks in a warehouse space.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain vendor credentialing for all field sales representatives using platforms such as Reptrax, Vendormate, Green Security and other hospital credentialing companies.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare facilities requirements including Immunizations, Background Checks, Drug Screenings, HIPAA training, OSHA certification, Certification of insurance and other required documentation.
  • Track expiration dates and proactively notify employees of upcoming renewals.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all credentialing documents.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between hospital systems, credentialing services and internal sales teams.
  • Assist new hires with onboarding credentialing requirements.
  • Ensure company compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee company fleet vehicles assigned to sales and field personnel.
  • Coordinate vehicle assignments, transfers and returns.
  • Track vehicle registration, insurance policies, and maintenance schedules through partnership with J&J corporate services.
  • Ensure compliance with company vehicle use policies.
  • Manage fuel cards, toll accounts and vehicle expense tracking if needed.
  • Support the sales representative if repairs, routine maintenance and accident reporting procedures is needed.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and generate/usage and compliance reports as needed.
  • Partner with J&J corporate services on managing vendor credentialing and fleet management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
