Archera is looking for a Community Marketing Manager to build and own our in-market community presence across the Bay Area and key geos. This role sits at the intersection of field event programming, community building, and outbound relationship development - with a clear mandate: turn warm engagement into qualified pipeline. You'll design and run a recurring field event program - happy hours, practitioner dinners, technical meetups, and series - owning everything from concept and guest list to execution and follow-up. This is a relationship-first role. You're not filling seats; you're building a community of FinOps and DevOps practitioners who see Archera as the connective tissue of their professional network. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable hosting a room of 40 engineers, writing a sharp invite sequence, and reporting on pipeline generated from last month's event series.
