Requirements
- Experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through

- Has experience in healthcare sales, home health, hospice, senior living, or medical outreach
- Enjoys face-to-face networking and relationship-based business development

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans that generate consistent, high-quality referrals
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior centers, assisted living communities, and local organizations
- Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community engagements
- Track referral activity and growth metrics in our CRM
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure a seamless, exceptional client experience
- Meet and exceed referral and growth goals
