Travel and Leisure Co. is proud to announce our 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida. As a Compensation intern, you will support a project focused on creating and updating job descriptions across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with management and Human Resources to ensure job descriptions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards and compliance requirements. In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship. We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training. Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2026 in Orlando Florida
  • Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering information from managers and HR partners regarding job roles and responsibilities.
  • Draft and update job descriptions based on collected data and company templates.
  • Ensure descriptions reflect essential duties, qualifications, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Organize and maintain documentation for all job descriptions in a centralized system.
  • Provide administrative support for the project, including scheduling and tracking progress.
  • Participate in meetings with HR and management to review and finalize job descriptions.
