Position Overview The Concierge Experience Representative is the welcoming presence and central connector of the Marquis MD experience. This role ensures every patient interaction is seamless, personal, and aligned with the brand’s commitment to luxury-level care and whole-person wellness.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in concierge medicine, private healthcare, or luxury hospitality.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Polished presentation consistent with the Marquis MD brand.
  • Composed and professional under pressure.
  • Warm, intuitive, and approachable.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients and guests in a warm, professional manner that reflects the Marquis MD standard.
  • Anticipate patient needs and provide an effortless, personalized experience.
  • Maintain an organized and elegant reception environment.
  • Ensure all interactions are handled with discretion and empathy.
  • Coordinate with the care team to support smooth patient flow.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Assist with membership inquiries, renewals, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-ups as needed.
  • Ensure communication between patients and providers is clear and timely.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation.
  • Assist with forms, billing coordination, and correspondence.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance front-of-house efficiency.
