Requirements
- Someone who laughs in the face of spreadsheets and thrives on timelines (bonus points if your color-coding skills are legendary).
- Experience managing large-scale events—weddings, conventions, or intergalactic summits (okay, maybe not the last one).
- A people-person who can charm clients, motivate staff, and stay cool when the unexpected happens.
- Ability to walk gracefully in heels or sneakers while carrying clipboards, coffees, and good vibes.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate epic events that people talk about for years (or at least on Instagram).
- Coordinate with teams, clients, caterers, and occasionally that one person who insists the flowers must be exactly 3.2 inches taller.
- Make the impossible look easy: juggling timelines, room setups, and last-minute requests like a pro.
