Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate epic events that people talk about for years (or at least on Instagram).
  • Coordinate with teams, clients, caterers, and occasionally that one person who insists the flowers must be exactly 3.2 inches taller.
  • Make the impossible look easy: juggling timelines, room setups, and last-minute requests like a pro.
